If the owner or the legal entity of the property has changed, please form a new contract on Ostrovok Extranet. To do this:
Go to the “Contracts and Invoices” section → “Details and contracts.”
Click “Re-sign the contract.”
In the “Already have an account at Ostrovok Extranet” field, select “No, add company.”
Fill in the new legal entity details.
Review the generated contract.
Accept the contract.
